All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL. For international shipments, PostNL works together with local delivery partners in the destination country. As a result, your parcel may be delivered by a different carrier once it reaches your country.

Please note that the delivery times above are estimates. During busy periods, international shipping, or due to carrier delays, delivery may take longer than expected.
Delayed Delivery or Missed Parcel
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code whenever available.
If your parcel is delayed or you believe something has gone wrong with the delivery, please contact us at info@huntcultureclothing.com and include your order number. We will be happy to assist you.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. You are welcome to try on your items, but they must not show any signs of wear, stains, odours, damage, or other signs of use.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility unless the item you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
If you return your entire order within the return period, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs you paid for the original delivery.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s) or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@huntcultureclothing.com. If possible, include photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
