What should I do if I don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our (web) store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will locate your item for you. If your order cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
Returningen
Which items may be returned?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been washed or worn. Notify us immediately if an item is delivered damaged. You will then receive the full purchase amount of the item back.
